James (Jimmy) Quaile has had an illustrious 40-year career as a restaurateur, musician, educator, wine blogger, and Certified Sommelier. He has a passion for sharing his wine knowledge with humor and wit. Jimmy took on the role of restaurateur in 2003, with the help of his wife, Janet, a professional chef.
